HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY SESSION WITH YOU?

Couples usually inquire with us between 06-18 months before their elopement and take on a limited number of yearly elopements. Booking early also helps secure their ideal date and location.

How many bookings do you accept per year?

I only accept 36 bookings per year. It means 03 bookings per month. I would love to spend more time communicating with couples, continuously learning more about photography, enjoying nature on our beautiful Earth, and spending more time editing pictures carefully for every elopement/wedding.

WHY SHOULD WE ELOPE IN VIETNAM?

From all the beautiful landscapes, and nice resorts/villas to all the beaches, cliffs, floral wild fields, waterfalls, forests, mountains, and deserts. Vietnam would 100% have something that fits your vision for your elopements. Learn more on my Instagram here.

Locations are easily accessible – The most amazing thing about Vietnam elopement is how close together the locations are. Forests, mountains, lochs, rivers, and waterfalls are just a stone’s throw away from each other and don’t require long hikes. Parking is conveniently located throughout the hometown and free at most locations.

Hotels/cabins/resorts/villas and restaurants – It’s easy to find good food and accommodation. There are some conveniently located hotels at elopement locations as well as many places to grab a bite to eat.

Intimate atmosphere – Even though parts of Vietnam are popular, it’s really easy to find quiet locations. There are many secluded spots that offer the perfect setting for a private vow ceremony.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO ELOPE IN VIETNAM?

The best time to elope in Vietnam is when you want to! In all seriousness, it depends on the location you choose. There is no bad time to elope in Vietnam though in many places it can be good to avoid the summer months due to extreme heat or crowds.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES?

My service price includes photography and my travel fees in Vietnam or Asia. I’ve averaged out my travel fees and rolled them into my pricing for specific areas.

No extra fees. No hidden fees. My own travel fees are all included in each package so we can get to all the locations in Vietnam or Asia you’ve dreamed of.

My inclusive pricing ensures you don’t have to worry about inflation, changes in airfares, or gas pricing.

For the international packages you can buy flight tickets and book accommodation for me or kindly plus my travel fees and I will do it by myself.

WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

You’ll get a sneak peek gallery within 48 hours after the shooting day ends & the full gallery of your session within 08 or 10 weeks.

HOW MANY PICTURES ARE INCLUDED?

I don’t promise a specific amount because every elopement/wedding is different! But don’t worry. I only get rid of blurry photos, ones where someone is blinking, or if it’s almost the same as another one.

Can you help us with planning our elopement or wedding day?

Absolutely! For all couples that book, I’m always super-happy to help plan and assist in any way I can! I have an exclusive list of wedding suppliers and accommodation options throughout Vietnam.

Will you help us decide on a location?

Absolutely! Once we have an idea of what you are looking for we are happy to provide a list of location recommendations. Whether you have a general location in mind already, or you have a list of things that are important to you (like including guests at your elopement) we will help you come up with the perfect location!

DO YOU GIVE US RAW FILES (UNEDITED) PHOTOS?

I don’t deliver RAW files or unedited pictures in any case. That would be like your cake decorator giving you a blank cake and telling you to decorate it yourself.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH WEDDINGS OR JUST ELOPEMENTS?

HOW DO WE RESERVE A DATE?

If you decide I’m the best fit for your day, awesome, reach out to me on my Contact Page. I’ll get on a video call on Zoom meeting to get to know each other and for me to share with you more knowledge, details, and tips.

I figure out the best date for the best weather at your dream location, I’ll proceed a contract to reserve that date right away. Trust me, it is as easy as it sounds.

I can help plan your elopement in as little as a few weeks, but ideally, I like to plan between 06-09 months in advance. Booking early also helps ensure I am available on your preferred date.

HOW CAN I MAKE A DEPOSIT & PAYMENT PLAN?

Booking is quick and easy! After chatting, all that is required is a signed contract and a retainer fee to secure the date, which is deducted from the total package cost. The remaining balance is due 1 month prior to your wedding date.

Our typical process is 50% due at the time of booking (this secures your date), with the remaining balance due one month prior to your elopement. However, we are happy to break down the remaining balance in smaller increments if that is something you would like.

All payments can be transferred by TransferWise, Western Union, MoneyGram, Taptap Send, or made in cash. I will provide my bank information in the contract.

Fill out the inquiry form (share with me your dreams & visions), it really helps let me get to know ya’ll! Also ask any/all questions you might have. You don’t need to have a set date or even location to book with me, I can help with all of that.

02. Connect

I will respond with my pricing guide, and a link to schedule a call! When we have our video or phone call together, we will get to know each other, you can get all your questions answered, we can talk location vibes + timeline options, and set a date together!

03. Reserve Your Date

I’ll prepare a proposal of services so you can go in fully understand how I can help.

04. Plan Your Elopement Together

Our job starts the day you inquire. I will recommend an expected timeline, what to pack, and vendors booking for our adventure

Photographing your love always comes first, but in order to get there, I do more than just photography. I’ll help with location scouting, vendor recommendations, timeline and permit planning, and so much more.

05. Immerse In The Experience

The big day is here! Your beautiful wedding day! I will help walk you through your day, leading you both through the locations but also fully prepped if we need to change things up at any point.

For the ceremony, I will help find the perfect spot within the landscape + lighting, if family is there, I will help them find their best spots too. I will be walking ya’ll through your day so it is stress free and truly creating the best memories in the most beautiful places.

06. Gift

After the wedding day, You will receive the most beautiful present from me! A custom-made leather album, FULL of polaroids from your wedding day. I want you and your partner to be able to go home, and already reminisce on the moments and see how beautiful it truly was.

07. Sneak peek gallery

Within 48 hours of your wedding day, you will receive a FULL sneak peek gallery you can share with friends + family. This gallery will have moments from each piece of your day, including landscape photos of the areas we visited.

This gallery will have a link that you can share with your friends and family right away! It will ALSO include a video, of all the phone videos behind the scenes I captured throughout your elopement day. If we also recorded your ceremony on one of my cameras, that will also be included. (This is always an option for no extra charge!)

08. The rest gallery

Within 8-10 weeks of your wedding day, you will receive the FULL gallery!! I will also help you then if you would like to create a custom coffee table album of all your beautiful photos!!
